A very peculiar wine, it is made with Palomino fino grapes, fermented with Pedro Ximénez skins as if it were a red wine, after about 25 days, the skins are removed and the wine is obtained. Once fermented, the wine is left in the tank for 5 months to decant naturally. After this process, it is bottled without having undergone any treatment and without filtering.
