Prapetisco is a unique wine, made from the Juan García grape, a native variety hidden in the Arribes area of Salamanca and Zamora and known in Portugal as Mourisco. It is the first red wine of this winery. On the nose, there is some herbaceousness mixed with musk and from the aging some spicy and smoky notes that would harmonize very well with spicy dishes.
